9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • We do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless NORTHBROOK PR LTD from any claims arising from:

  • Client-provided information or materials
  • Client's use of our services in violation of these Terms
  • Client's breach of any applicable laws or regulations

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement:

  • In accordance with terms specified in the service agreement
  • Immediately for material breach by the other party
  • With written notice as specified in the agreement

Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to clients with active service agreements. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
